Don't post in this forum asking is there is a schematic or layout or info on XXX pedal.
There is a subforum setup for requests already. It is located here:
REQUESTS FORUM
Any requests posted here will be moved to proper sub forum, and I'll also make nasty remarks about your mother.
also, if you have a problem with your build, post it in the WORKBENCH. these threads are for circuit analysis only. by all means, if you discover something we should...
Morecowbell, thanks for those great links you posted, but if they are all avaible from one location, it's better to just post that one link. If people are interested in discussion about this or that box, that can become a separate thread.
They are all in the $59-159 price range! Anybody has more info on this brand, we're still waiting for the english version of the website..
I was looking some Green Russian Big Muff Reissue Gutshots and i notice there's a Lot ou 104/103 parallel capacitors used as coupling caps.
I was wondering If it's just to get 110nf or If there's some other effect to the sound.

Not the best photos, sorry - cables get in the way. Really needs all the wires to be de-soldered to get a proper look at it.
Input is top-right of the circuit (W1 & W2), then heads down the right-hand-side, across & back up the left-hand-side. Looks like there ground plane on the component side of the board is split to improve input/output separation.
Most of the caps are through-hole.
A lot of SOT-23 transistor pairs C6 and DG . There are a couple of 8 pin ICs in there too. 99M...
Hey all here is a (re-drawn in ExpressSCH) factory schematic of the 1977-1978 era MXR Dyna Comp for your reference purposes:
I am not the original author of this product. The factory plan this is based on is very grainy and this copy that I re-drew is just to make it easier to read.
Just got this unit in as the owner claims it cuts his clean signal.......... wanted to compare it to the schematic posted somewhere else...... but I discovered some differences.......

Would guess the unit to be kind of true bypass........ guess the cut of the signal is more due to the True Bypassness :D
Hi does anyone have the schematic for the Twin Tube Blue SFX-11 or know the differences of components other than the tubes from the SFX-03 schematic . It looks like they use the same pc board.
Thanks PCB.
I got this in for repair, and took the opportunity to trace it. This is a multipurpose effect: buffer/line driver, clean boost, and the interesting part is a tone control that works by varying the input impedance. It's aimed at pedal steel guitarists, whose instruments seldom have a tone control and often no volume control. Instead, most steelers use a volume pedal and adjust their tone with the amp tone controls. This effect provides a handy tone control and boost in one enclosure. The clip on...
Hi all,
Would anyone happen to have a copy of a schematic diagram for the Behringer XD300 Distortion-X effect please?
I've been asked to look at repairing an XD300. It looks as though several SMD parts have fallen off the PCB. It also appears to have been soldered with lead-free solder (ROHS sticker on the side) that generally has poor wetting characteristics for solder adhesion and poor ductility for resistance to stress and strain.
Quite a few parts appear to show signs of cracks and...
New Joyo fuzz that I just got from Amazon. It’s definitely a big muff clone of some sort. Someone on Reddit said it was a Swollen Pickle clone and I don’t hear that at all. Probably just taking that from the name. I had the original three knob Swollen Pickle and it was literally the most bassy and scooped pedal I've ever used. 100% unusable in a band setting, my guitar was gone the second I stepped on it. This Joyo has good midrange content and tons of gain. Sounds like a rams head or triangle...
It seems the discrete op amp for Turbo mode on the Boss OD-2R is powered from a 5.6V supply not a 8V supply.
A similar kind of issue occurred on J.Luja's 2002 OD-3 schematic. The main correction in the
case of the OD-2R is the zener voltage.
I've updated muzh's OD-2R schematic and corrected a few other minor bugs.

Interesting how Boss added the extra gain stage on the OD-2R but changed the LEVEL pot taper.
I got this pedal in a trade and I really enjoy it!
It is in fact a copy of the Lovepedal Amp Eleven
(minus some parts)
There is also a deluxe version of this unit, the 'Deluxe preamp'; this pedal has three extra switches installed to control the clipping of the booster and the clipping of the overdrive circuit.
In this Amp Turbo version the PCB has patches for the switches, but no switches are installed
Also the boost function has all the diodes you can switch, but as the switch is...
I know this is a Tone Bender circuit, but does anyone know what they are doing to create the impede control? Or what they did for the mids/stock/fat switch?
I couldn't resist getting one off ebay after hearing it in a demo clipof some other pedal. What I heard in the clips sounded so familiar to the ROG Umble.
I'll gladly make a fool of myself saying that for me all tubescreamers and or other basic distortions sound sound lame in comparision to an Umble. Blistering highs, perfect control over the mids, bassy and sweet if you like that. Incredible. I couldn't care...
Could someone/s tell me about my DunlopJH-2 FzFc pedal i have (see pics). It was modified with 3 extra dials incls a bias trim im pretty sure (the one near Fuzz pot) and 2 tone knobs. Google just doesnt do it.
It has a brown pcb and uses 2 Ge tranies marked NKT 275.
How do i date the 2 original pots too;
Vol. says PH 8090/ R1379103, and
Fuzz says PH 8089/ R1379123
Be great to know as this is a great pedal.
Any correct info ( any assumptions i can look into) would be well appreciated...
Hello guys, I'm doing some tests here and the mesa boogie 5 band equalizer on the super charger pedal was perfect!
How to remove the tone control correctly from the Super Charger GTO?
thanks
Just got my VH4 pedal today. Pretty cool idea getting that CH3 VH4 tone from a pedal. Definitely a lot of chunk to say its solid state.
I use it in a preamp config blended with a boogie Tri-axis with custom 5 band eq i built into a boogie 2:90 power amp so vh4 is coming out
of one side of my cab and TA out of the other so its blended in stereo etc....
Not sure if its worth what it is from thomann. Yeah the sound is cool and works well to the power amp but the build quality isn't really there...
Hi everyone ! Just bought this pedal recently for 100€ and it seems to be an original Daytona PH611. Almost no information online, so I decided to open it up and trace the schematics in case of anyone needing it. Here are a few pics of the pedal as well. I like the fact that it has an input buffer, even if the pedal is not true bypass.
You can really get some whacky sounds out of it just by tweaking the internal trim pots. What I want to do to it though is just a little beyond me, but probably easy concept to more experienced tweakers. First off, I want to add some sort of wet/ dry blend control. The volume goes up noticeably when I've got the controls all whacky, not to mention the delayed signal can make the original note indistinguishable.
And Second, I want to mount this blend control, plus controls for the internal...
