Just a nice -cheap- pedal I found; sounds great on bass (although, on the higher gain settings it becomes muddy!!)

This is basically a Rat with a clean blend option and slightly different diode configuration. This would sound equally good on guitar I would imagine, and be a nice alternative to be able to blend in the clean tone. It could also be easily modded into a straight up Rat sound.
