MOEN BA buffalo EQ / DI/ preamp Gen 3. [GUTSHOTS]

Picked up one of these pedals this week new fairly cheaply. (AU $65 including shipping / US$50 )

I wasn't able to find much info at all on the web about these, they basically are a DI with switchable EQ that includes a mid shift, cab emulation and a bonus headphone amp.
Obviously the first thing i did when i got it was open it up and have a look inside.
Expecting to find it all surface-mount, i was surprised with what i found.

bit of solder splatter in the next pic isn't a ringing endorsement for moens quality control, scraped it away easy enough and it wasn't hurting anything (yet). The rest of the build looked pretty tidy to me.

I didn't get as far as taking the second board out today,
