Right, high voltage is about 203 V and heater voltage is DC 6.3V stabilized. Only one half of tube used, I don't like that style of unusing half tube. It certainly could be used since the tone is not something striking.

Maybe the half tube is using for Buffer purpose! The sound of this pedal is very nice. Hope that we can create the schematic.
