CS5/SC10 Leslie Mod Problem

Hi everyone,

I´ve found a Leslie-Mod for the Maxon/Ibanez SC10 (Schematics attached). On the SC10 this works with pleasing results, but on the CS5 (before dead quiet) it results in a audible LFO ticking, astonishingly most prominent in bypass mode. Any Ideas on what is happening here, why the CS5 circuit doesn´t take it too well and maybe how to fix it?
