Hey, been wanting to mod my ultimate drive. Searched a bit around the internet and didn't find anything interesting enough. Does anyone know any mods \ bends to make the pedal sound more unique? Feel free to suggest anything. Thanks!

First you need to check your Ge diode polarity:

Or you can short cut that diode for symmetrical clipping & different overdrive flavour (try it with a switch and listen - like or not)
I've added a voltage doubler - it perfectly fits in Joyo pedal case. Like this:

You can desolder first protecting diode and make an insert for 9=>18V.
18V gives you more transparent and articulated sound - but try it first.
Then you can change 100n cap in tone section to 47n - it affects overall frequiency response for more open sound.
Also i replaced 220p cap on second op-amp stage with red LED (sic!) - it gives more asymmetry to signal, adds a bit of compression on low strings, and gives you more chunk on high gain settings.
Be careful with PCB - it's double sided and kinda fragile.
