theres a guy on electro-music.com forum whose going to be selling PCB's for 37.00 or kits for 100.00 of the boss dc2 chorus. He's waiting until he has 15 people definetly intrested before he takes official orders and payments. there is currently 9 people including myself, anyone here want to get in on this? modezero.com has some cool sound clips of this bad boy

I am sure the BOM has some errors at this point but it a good starting point.

Why yes I am sure the Behringer's quality is every bit as good as this......, I am also sure that the stereo input buffers, expanded LFO, manual control of Rate/Depth and CV control work famously as well.
