Found this and it looks like a real deal as I have a script dyna as reference for the circuit board.
Not sure if any other pedals like that have the same circuit board and layout style.
I could be wrong though...

This is definitely a Vintage Script Phase 90:

The pictures on e-bay show a vintage block logo Phase 90 with Script Logo board (Single Op-Amps):

Some prototype then?

There's an offboard resistor difference, and the PCB is not stamped "MXR" in any way, and the resistors and trimpots are different types...

It must be rare somehow if it proves to be a prototype model.. :?:
- Are you a mod or a rocker?
- Uh, no, I'm a mocker.

How come there's no markings then? Is this a common practice from MXR back then?

the markings on the script pedals was done with rub-down lettering (read that in an interview with the owner in the analog man book). not very robust, I would guess, and that pedal looks like it's seen a few knocks.

I have seen a few iterations like this one. It does look like the foam rubber was removed and those trannies are right. Image this one in the middle looks like it.
