Shipping stuff overseas in a padded envelope is very cheap. I think last time I sent something (a small inductor) to England, it cost less than $4.00.

The USPS website quoted $7 - $12 to Poland depending on exact weight and envelope size.

usually small bear quote me $7 for small orders, so that can by right, I'm not gonna complain even if this will be $12 :) This is nothing, I paid $30 from Germany ones :D
