12 input AND gate?

I'm sorry, I don't think they make one. I wasn't thinking when I said that.

There are some other options for doing the switching.

Well they do make a 13 input NAND gate so couldn't I just use that and put an inverter at the output.

Use three 74LS09 (quad and gate, open collector outputs). Connect outputs together, and use a single external pullup to VCC.
