I can check my favorite surplus shop later this week.
Color code is green black red?
What tolerance and voltage do you need?

I'm not good at reading these things so here is a picture of the cap I'm looking for. This is for a Tweed Deluxe replica I'm working on. The schematic says its a 0.0005 uf or a 500pf but this one might be different since Leo did use variations in values depending on what he had on hand. I am going by the values I am finding in actual amps so the one in the pic is what I'm looking for. I think the colors are white green black - brown black brown.
P.S. Does your surplus shop have Allen Bradley Carbon comp. resistors too?

Thanks'

Me either  I think the correct chart is on the bottom of this page.

Green black BROWN (not red ) According to that chart it is a 500pF 20%

They have a pretty good stock of 1/2 watt CC some 1 and 2 watt as well :D
However most of the resistors there are loose in boxes so it's impossible to tell what brand they are.
