is there anyone uk based who has an old coloursound or solasound wah shell-mechanics that they no longer need?
i'm looking for any of the types-shapes-sizes that have that weird lever thing that give it the wider-than-normal sweep.
as to the electrics, i don't care if it's burned out or ripped out as i have some ideas i want to try with that side of things. but i do need that wide-sweep option. like this...

have tried to build my own from scratch but, after trying a few clumsy prototypes (using the plastic lever from a toilet flush, eccentric? moi?), have decided it's too fiddly by far. so i thought i'd put it to the board and ask if anyone out there has one to spare.
got limited resources but obviously i don't expect something for nothing, so if you have a non-functioning roadkill one in the corner of your workshop maybe drop me a pm with details and a price?
would be happy to keep you updated with developments if you want to see what becomes of it.
