FBC 318B EBC

Hi, I have difficulties to identify some transistors FBC 318B EBC and FBC 321B EBC, does anyone know what they are and can provide some info so I can find a replacement. They are inside a JEN Motorphaser Im about to repair.

"FBC 318B EBC" is a F(airchild) BC 318 B:
Si-NPN; 30V; 300mA; 625mW; hfe: 240 - 500; F < 6dB; fg: 280 MHz;

"FBC 321B EBC" is a F(airchild) BC 321 B:
Si-PNP; 30V; 300mA; 625mW; hfe: 240 - 500; F < 6dB; fg: 250 MHz;
