I am looking for a replacement capacitor for my old Kenwood 60's solid state Stereo. TK-250 model.

Does not need to be an Elna or vintage cap, just something that will fit and work. Suggestions greatly appreciated.

1000uf. Not sure about the voltage rating. Either 300 or 350V from looking at the markings?

Approximately 25mm in diameter.

That's a 35Volt cap,, should be easy to find, though new ones will likely be much smaller in size.
check the voltage across the cap,,, will give a clue as to the voltage rating you need.
As long as the voltage rating of cap is above the working voltage then all should be fine. :thumbsup
Phil.

If you can find some, you could even use a couple of 2200uF/50V caps (one each for the +V and -V supply rails).
