hey bro, i actually have the case from one of these and always wanted to fill it with the proper circuit.
any chance of a shot of the bottom of the board please?

Based on the component values, it looks like it could be pretty similar to a Rangemaster. Biased with a 100k/330k divider to the base, 3k3 emitter, axial cap on the input and the tropical fish on the output. Still, no apparent volume control or bypass cap...

On second thought, that 3k3 is probably on the collector, with the emitter straight to ground. About as simple as it gets...
