The picture seems taken from here:

http://www.watkinsguitars.co.uk/misc.htm

but this is the only occurence of wem 'hand full' (double L) in Google's cache -- and it's not even listed on Discofreq's site

I saw that one, it's even possible I have other pictures in my archives (I think I saw this on eBay earlier this year, but it's possible I'm mixing up with another weird thing :D)

It's not on my site yet because it's not an effect... (not sure yet what to do with it :))

+1 :)

I think it's a kind of sound effect making weird noises or loops, but I'm not sure...

Of course - it is very easy.
LA guitar shop - now guitar-collector - had one up for sale about 2 years ago. Considering his standard prices, I doubt that he sold it.... So maybe it is still for sale, let´s say for around $ 3.000,--. For a pedal company like: https://masutopedals.wordpress.com/ it shouldn´t be a problem to afford such a piece - this is normally paid from the petty cash in a serious company.

Not unreasonable, given how rare and collectible these are. I very nearly bought it - had to restrain myself (unusual!)
