Do you have any info on how to modify a single speed leslie for two speed, or variable speed by any chance :?:

Hmmm....not really...only the info above and if you need, a lot of patents concerning leslies.

But my suggestion: buy a small frequency-converter.. will be about $200.-- or $ 300.-- and you can make a stepless speed control....
