Now, I will admit my sample on the 2613 is only about a dozen, and from different dates of manufacture, but my data on the 408 is pretty solid as I've tested hundereds of these from a couple different years of manufacture. I personally shoot for something closer to 150hfe in Q1 and something 90ish in Q2.
