Just wondering why, when my twin has been on for maybe a couple of hours, the power bulb starts to dim alot? The amp has just been fully serviced and re-tubed by a very reputable amp tech who says he can find no fault. It's no big deal, I dont need a light to tell me when this amp is on lol but just curious as to why it does it. Something to do with when the amp starts heating up I think, tried another build but still the same.

I'd DeOx the socket and replace the lamp. It's a #47 and pretty darn cheap. No reason to not fix it.
