RK100 update (final):
- McMurdo and CInch sockets (inboard mounted)
- Takman REY metal-film reistors.
- ARS PS capacitors
- Vishay/Philips "Chicklet" signal capacitors
- UCC preamp capacitors
- Nichicon bias and cathode bypass capacitors.
- Rebuilt bridge rectifier.
- Removed remaining RoHS lead-free solder.
- Re-soldered w/Kester 60/40 tin/lead solder.
- All connections made using dual aluminum heat sinks.

The Dale resistors are just too hi-fi sounding to my ears. I tried Takman REX carbon-film resistors, but they revealed characteristics that weren't complementary combined with Cornford iron. The REY metal-film resistors are a dead-nuts match with the Cornford iron, and are quieter than the stock Xicon's.
