seeing a Broadway show at beginning or end of residency?

Hey all

I'm not a big Broadway guy.. Even while I lived in Brooklyn for a time I didn't really catch much on BW. But, Kroll Show stars Gil Faizon and George St. Geegland are starting a residency in NY for a full-length play surrounding their characters.

I was wondering if anyone here could give their opinion about whether it's best to see a Broadway show closer to the beginning or closer to the end of its residency. I think they're playing consistently, sometimes twice a day, from September thru January. Should I see the show in September? Or wait till January? I can imagine pros and cons for both.. Fully warmed up in January vs. still edgy and a little more spontaneous and exciting for the actors during the first few shows of the run.

Thanks guys.
