Does anyone have the gaussmarkov eagle library? When I search the internet, I will be redirected to this site: gaussmarkov.net/wordpress/tools/software/eagle/eagle-2-libraries/
But the link is dead.
I hope someone can help me out.

Well, it's part of a work in progress, but we have a working copy right here: museum/gaussmarkov.net/

Although you may want to take a look at this post for more Eagle CAD libraries information.

Be careful when using that library, some holes are too small and some definitions for PNP transistors are not correct.

Agreed. I only keep the Gauss Markov library as an alternate, and prefer the Effects Layouts Library v2.0 or the Madbean 2017 v3 Library. That Madbean thread also has some screenshots on how to select a library that might be helpful for folks just getting in to EAGLE.

The Madbean library is excellent, also good to see that it is maintained.
Should people want to cross over into modular synth territory:
https://github.com/TomWhitwell/MTM-Parts-Library

The Music Thing Modular library for some specific parts, Tom is a nice guy. Modular synths are an excellent rabbit hole, should you feel like you've explored the stompboxes rabbit hole adequately :D
