[Eagle] how to get info box?

anyone know how to get the info box with the date, name, rev, product, etc.? i can't seem to figure it it out for the life of me. is it something that the free version doesn't have?

Either use the frames.lbr library. Or build the functionality yourself.


There are the following placeholder keywords, maybe more, I don't know:

>DRAWING_NAME
>LAST_DATE_TIME
>PLOT_DATE_TIME
>SHEETNR
>SHEETS
>SHEET


Just place a text in the schematic and insert one of those placeholders.
Eagle will automatically update the text.

I thought that was clear enough :wink:.

Just place a text in the schematic, it's the T symbol in the toolbar, or type "text".
Then type in any of the keywords and press OK.
