Soft Latch Relay Bypass Daughterboard

Hi, I built 5 of this switch as per Ivark layout. http://tagboardeffects.blogspot.it/2014 ... board.html
It works well with my DIY modulation circuit : delay / tremolo / flanger
but with Overdrive (Plexi clone) and Distortion ( Rat ) the switch is not really good.
Sometime it's like a double click ON/OFF/ON or not click at all ON/ON
What I can do for improve the switch circuit responce in order to have a clear ON/OFF switch for OD too ?
