Some serious documentation on that page it seems, but I don't even know which translator to use... some Slavic language for sure.

That´s not a slavic language, that is: Hungarian

And the pedal is nothing else than a result of my bootweak-pedal-designer:

It is an "el cheapo"-buffer followed by a "hardcore"-big-muff-stage followed by a "smooth"-fuzz-face (R12 does the "smoothing") followed by a big-muff-style tone-control followed by another "el cheapo"-buffer.
