Stripped. No jacks, inductor, board, etc. I've been trying to think of something interesting to do with it. Anybody have any ideas?

If it were me, I would make it into a volume pedal... Then again, I need a volume pedal, so that shifts my bias towards that.

Have you got the gear and the rack? If so, you can put a pot back into the thing and then build a Wah / Volume pedal. There are many "inductor-less" designs around, but the best results (IMHO) are with an inductor. Look at the circuit of the Colorsound Wal / Vol pedal, and add an input buffer (for higher impedance in) and an output buffer (so that it'll drive anything you connect it to). You're looking at a small piece of Veroboard and just four transistors!
