I have just completed a Rockett Blue Note OD. I followed this layout:
http://tagboardeffects.blogspot.se/2010 ... te-od.html

I wonder about the "fat"-control. It should be a reverse 25K log pot but I couldn't find any so I used a "normal" 25K log, because people in the comment field said that would work. But when I turn the knob, I really can't hear any change.
I have also tried to solder it "opposite" i e the wire marked "Fat 3" to lug #1 and the wire marked "Fat 1&2" to lugs 2 and 3. But still nothing happens when I turn the knob.

The pedal works fine except from this. I have read that the fat knob is really subtle, but not like this.

Any ideas?

Found out why; the copper under the board around the wire "Fat 3" had come off so there was no connection to the 470n cap. Fixed it and now it works. :applause:
