PLEASE HELP: Belton Digilog Reverb Chip

Hi!
Anyone heard of the Belton Digilog Reverb Chip? I've ordered one from a german Shop and want to make it work in a Pedal.
There is a schem but I'm too stupid to translate it into a layout. And because the Chip is worth about 20$ I'm not really willing to try it on my own without any help (did I mention I'm too stupid?)...
PLEASE HELP!
Cheers,
Foo

Information
I would like to do this, but I don't know where I can purchase one. Is there a local dealer in Germany that sells them? I've never seen the Belton Digi stuff for sale here; only their reverb springs and tube sockets.

Hi!
Yes, I got it from banzaieffects.com...
I started a call at the german DIY-Musikding forum, looks like we are on the right way, if you'd like to take a look:
