Maybe this question was already posted, but....what is the best buffer that you ever used or builded?...i mean in general terms.
please share your experience

Hi, in fact they are all about the same, I compared OpAmp / BJF / mosFET / jFET by switching between toggle switches, the difference was barely noticeable, I would say that it can be considered that it is not.
I would choose the Op Amp option, because there you can get the minimum output impedance and from the point of view of simulators it has the least signal loss.

This makes sense if you only use the buffer as a separate device.
If you will use it as part of the scheme, then choose from the point of view of practicality. If there is an unused half of the amplifier in the circuit, remove the Op Amp buffer, if there is not enough space and there are not half of the chips, use any transistor (although it's best to bypass the mosFET side, since they are the most fragile).
The transistor is cheaper and takes up less space.
