c2 and c6 are poliester ,the rest caps are tantalum

What is the R4 500k? Is that a pot or trimmer?I could not find it out!!

TL072 LF353

The TL062 is easily available from Tayda, Futurlec, Farnell, RS, etc, etc..... The '062 was chosen because it's designed for low current consumption.

It's very ease to find that chip here in Brasil if you forget the sufix "P", eg.:
