Interestingly I can't get the circuit to match the frequency response graph in the PDF, especially for bass and treble.

Also the Treble response in the graph shows a peaking behaviour which symmetrical, ie. boost-cut are a mirror image.

However, the way the circuit is drawn, with C7 across the opamp, the circuit cannot have this type of treble response. What you get is peaking for a boost setting but more cut at high frequencies for the cut setting; so it's not a symmetrical boost-cut response.
