Ah I see, they are from a much later model Charvel, and I think possibly from a charvette guitar. The charvel guitars mostly used Jackson pickups and hardware, while I believe the Charvette's used mainly Charvel marked pickups.
If there is a little rubber cushion on th ebottom of the pickup it may be likely that the pickup model code is under that.
