jsut wondering if theres any dos, donts re: location/placement of power supply jacks (eg the 2.1mm type ones where the power supply plugs into)
ive noticed most pedals which have them are located on the sides moreso than compared to the top?
is it just a space issue (eg with knobs/pots) or is there a reason behind this?

unless you have ultra clean power you try to keep it routed away from audio as much as possible

I don't care for the power on the side of a pedal but that's just me. I route all my power across the top of my pedal board so I find it more convenient to have the power connections on the top of my pedals.
