Hi- it`s recommended to match the 2N7000 pair for the Zendrive application?

don't wanna hijack the thread but, how do you match mosfets? I am a newbie so forgive me if my question is stupid.

My opinion would be no - it doesn't matter as the mosfets are being used as diodes.

I know that the Mosfets are used as diodes.
Indeed, it's a general question if the different type of diodes as pair for clipping requires matching.
My thougt is to get a predictable output of the clipping stage by matching the diodes.
For example, to ensure symmetrical clipping if is needed.
