OK, can't find any freeware out there that converts Express PCB to something Eagle can use, gerbers, etc. Anyone out there know of any software or anyone that converts for a fee? Laen cannot use Express PCB files. Crap...

There's no one click tool. ExpressPCB do this very deliberately.
