I'm inspired by the Eternity and King of Tone perfboard projects. Can someone point me to a tutorial or suggest techniques for soldering a perfboard project? Specifically, I'm not clear on how I can solder the components on one side to the wires on the other side.

don't cut the leads to the components and use the extra lengths as traces.

Thanks. Seems obvious, but it didn't occur to me until I read your post. :D

The Tweak-O project has hole-by hole instructions, and shows both sides of the board at several stages. It was my first build, and I was very fortunate to have this project as a guide.

I create a layout for a pcb then use that as a guide when building on perfboard.

Thanks Alex. I've never seen those push in terminal posts before. Where did you find those?

Steve at Small Bear Electronics (who created the Tweak-O tutorial) calls them "flea clips" and sells them on his site here.
