3 Channel Switching?

Say I have three circuits and I want to be able to toggle between them.
I only want one of them on at a time, like a normal 3 channel amp.
Can someone please write up a perf or PCB schematic instead of sending me on an informational path on how and why? I've read about relay switching a thousand times, looked at tons of 'ideas' on the logistics of it, looked all of R.G.'s tutorials and such but my brain could really grasp it better if I just saw a layout with actual parts and connections.
I have a bunch of 5VDC relays already and a few different chips that I've read about on some of the other sites that talk about relay switching.

just a quick question. do you know the type of relay your have off the top of your head is it dpdt latching non latching spst spdt there are quite a few variables but i will be happy to draw a schematic for you if you can give me a bit more info on your relays. or i can do something for you like a cd4053 or something like that i actually implemented the switching for my hughes and kettner amp and changed the ic for more flexibility

ok this isn't the original one this was a quick redraw of an idea i had two nights ago and i tested the logic and it works however you might need to drive the relay with a transistor or a mosfet. i didn't have a latching relay handy to try it with but the logic is sound.
the other way was a little more complex but used less relays
also i should put in here that i just drew out the in and outs for the first channel the other channels are the same thing just copy and paste the input and outputs. and i didn't include the pinout of a and gate but this is all i had time for currently
