2 in 2-ish wiring

I'm planning on building two completely independent circuits in one box with separate I/O for each but I need it on one master switch and a master LED so both go on or bypass at the same time. Am I missing something or is a Millenium Bypass for each circuit with a 4PDT stomp switch and LED +/- for each bypass board tied together is the only way to do this? thanks!!
