Pop in electronic bypass. Usual suspects?

Hi! I got myself a behringer rm600. Though a nice pedal, I am getting pops when switching it on and off.
That is a common problem with 3pdt switches, but rarely with electronic bypasses. could this have anything to do with the led? I could try the muzique s approach, but i d like to have some more ideas.
Can anyone help me? Can t find anything on that matter so far.
