Controlling CD4066

Hi
I need some help on how to control the CD4066 in this manner - toggling CH1 & CH2 (SW "1" & "2") while enabling SW "3" and disabling switch "4" thru an SPDT stompswitch. And another SPDT stompswitch to disable SW "3"(bypassing CH1 & CH2) while enabling SW "4". I tried looking something the same but to no avail. I'll be using 3 4066's wired identically and was opting to use bipolar transistors to control the CMOS.
Any thoughts?.
