Recently built a crunchbox clone. Is there any way to increase the output volume? Can I put a larger pot value in to do this? thanks

Ehm, no, increasing the potvalue won't do much

Add a small booster at the end
'No more....... loud music.......'

What would it take to increase the output of the Ross D? Different volume pot value?

Volume pot value doesn´t change anything.... you need an extra gain stage.... if it is the dual op-amp version this shouldn´t be a big problem....

You can change out the clipping diodes and put in leds, that always gives a little boost.
