A better starting point is something where tubes get a chance to distort and actually make a difference, but that's not the subject of the thread. The subject is "a good buffer". Valves do not make good buffers, certainly not better buffers. You'd just be asking for the trouble of a high-current heater and high-voltage plate supply so you can have something glow on your pedalboard. Spare yourself, buy a light bulb.

Any opinions on the Lehle buffers? I've heard very good things but haven't had a chance to try them.

Sinners sorry, I thought you had placed two opamp layout lol: P
I've noticed is that, there are more projects stripboard for opamp, than to jfet.

That's just because there are more opamp buffer variations than JFET. The basic buffer circuit is a generic source follower, and so although there are some variation in passive values or the way the JFET biases, the basic concept is textbook electronics. The way the manufacturers use opamps seems to vary more, as you can see by looking at the buffer options such as the Klon, or BJF buffer out of the Ruby Red booster.

By the way I put here I tried to do the layout, the buffer toast Black
is my first, I did with the help of this image:
If someone can confirm that everything is okay was very good.

Today I received my last shipment of NOS tubes to add to the 600 or 700 that I already have stored:
Now I will try to acquire some decent light bulbs also because I still have some money to spend (these 200 tubes were found VERY cheap), so thank you very much for your advice...
