I need to add this equalizer to my Rebote Delay. I dont need any controls. I just need THIS setting.

Any bandpass-filter should do it!

In general, you either shunt all the frequencies except the one you want, to ground,

OR

Shunt the frequency you want to ground, but do it in a negative feedback loop so you get out the opposite.
