Hey guys!
I am making my first stompbox and I have a couple questions.
First of all, here it is!

My first question is should I put the teflon washer that came with the switch on top of the case or under the case.

And my second question is about the 3pdt switch wiring. I have a little board to easily break out the wiring but after checking the wiring diagram I believe that this board only allow ungrounded input. The red arrow show on wich side of the switch the CHK logo is and I highlighted the jumper on the board. Is this a considerable issue, will this afect the sound?

The washer is generally placed on the outside of the box, but unless you've massively overdrilled the hole, it's not critical.

I believe your footswitch daughterboard WILL give grounded input in bypass. The red jumper you have highlighted is the bypass route, but the photo confuses me a little as the board appears to be aligned so the input is the middle lug of the top row and ouput is the middle lug of the bottom row. This would mean that looking down on the board with the pedal "upright", the input would be connected from the right hand side, but most pedals have the input jack on the left hand side (I.e. When inspecting the guts with the pedal upside down). It may simply be that you have soldered the board on upside down: It will still work fine, but you will have to connect it correctly, or you'll get grounded output instead of input.

Can you post a schematic/diagram/pnp layout etc of the daughterboard with the intended connections labelled?

And the lock washer generally goes inside.
