The big question: "What OD to build?"

I built a BOR on vero and wasn't too pleased. I'm looking for a nice low to medium gain vero layout to build, any suggestions? Landgraff, Zendrive, any other circuits.
I'm not schematic savvy so vero or perf would be ideal. Thank you.

Information
my recommendation would be to build it on a protoboard and decide if you like it before you solder down.

+1 for the Peppermill. It's very touch sensitive and responsive. Gain and Volume are the only controls and you can leave it on all the time. I alternate between that and my Blackstone for an 'always on' type of OD. Turn your guitar down and it cleans up very very nicely.
Vinyl rules.

Build my Real Tube Overdrive - Dror has contributed a vero layout for it too, so you do not have to etch a PCB.

The Blue Magic is pretty nice.
The standard schematic needs some mods, but they're easy to find.
It has a pretty open, natural response and a bit of smoothness to it... very different to the TS based designs.
I'm sure you'd be happy with the Landgraff or Zen as well.
