Nevermind on the last post, but could anyone help me out with building? How is the underside suppose to look? I am just really confused on the underbelly of the circuits.

This is like a see through or xray view.spiffy chap wrote:Nevermind on the last post, but could anyone help me out with building? How is the underside suppose to look? I am just really confused on the underbelly of the circuits.
It's a top view or component side view of the vero board, the strips are on the bottom or back side.
Here is a Vero board tutorial by Dragonfly that should help. http://www.aronnelson.com/gallery/main. ... 0/album21/

Ah thanks, so slightly confused on the R1 & R2..... What is a 1/10M resistor?
Also been trying to source some parts for this and the wooly mammoth clone, but haven't found some of the resistors for the mammoth and most of the capacitors(=c?) for the mammoth. I found most from pedalparts and through diystompboxes, but just needed a little help sourcing the rest. Thanks a ton for helping out a noob.

That means that you can use either a 1M or a 10M resistor. The original uses 10M, and that is what I recommend if you want to have that sound. What is a 1/10M resistor?
Check out http://www.mouser.com for parts. They have everything you need.

One last question how do you know to use 1/4 or 1/8 resistor/capacitors?soulsonic wrote:That means that you can use either a 1M or a 10M resistor. The original uses 10M, and that is what I recommend if you want to have that sound. What is a 1/10M resistor?
