Hey all,

Looking at building something that needs a TL072; a "LOW NOISE J-FET DUAL OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIER", but, unfortunately, both Maplin and Peats were out of TL072. Taking a gamble, and carefuly looking at pinouts, i decided to chance my arm, and pickup TWO TL071's; "LOW NOISE J-FET SINGLE OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIERS". My question is simple, can i use two TL071's instead of a single TL072? Pinouts aren't a problem, it's fairly obvious as to what to do like, but is there any reason as to why i can't do it this way?

Double Bacon McThanks,
tm

Yes you can can. As long as you observe the pinouts it'll be fine!
