this is what happens:

Because it's in overload! Cut lower frequency (or very high frequency), decrease volume and try again!

I know this problem because i have work with these class "D" chip and i have use new TPA3116D2 high power amp for best performance, this devices have need current limiter circuit for no stutters... http://www.aresaudio.com/uniamp-v2.html
This is 30W power amplifier with 3 band control tone and speaker emulator but is capable over 60W and more handling power (see diagram power)!
