Sorry to resurrect the thread... But i had the Supernaut branded PCB made from the Gerber files in the link, and carefully built it twice. Both times its just very quiet, and the volume pot just goes from zero, to about 1/2 unity gain in the middle, then back to zero volume all the way clockwise. Anyone else have success with that PCB design?

I just built one. It's not working. There must be an error on the layout. But I'm still looking.

Hello,

I'm not sure where to put this. Please move if this is the wrong place.

I went over the Gerbers that are posted on Oshpark for the Supernaut.

https://oshpark.com/shared_projects/JjaHpX4O

It appears to me that the OshPark board silkscreen was for the BC184L transistor.

If you use the BC184B, note that the leads are CBE, as opposed to the BC184L which are EBC. Simply put the transistor in with the flat facing the opposite direction if you are using the BC184B.

The base is in the middle, so this is not a problem.

Hope this helps, and someone else should probably verify this.
