Maybe from this we can figure out the gain+ wiring or schematic

Hi, I have not worked well the pedal. I checked and everything is correct.
Someone could say the voltages in parts.
I would greatly appreciate it.
Or is there some flaw in the scheme that I was not heard.

I've just dissected an original Okko Diablo Plus.
We've all got the Boost part completely wrong. The Gain Plus Pot is simply an A500K in series with the Gain Pot and it gets jumpered by the + switch when it is off. Also Pins 1 on the Vol Pot and the Gain Pot (through the Gain Plus pot) run to +9 Volts and not to ground.

Replace the 10k resistor under the gain pot with 500k pot as the plus gain.maybe this is what he's talking about.

Fast reply! Thank you!
I think that should be good...
Will be better if you give me the board's dimensons...
Otherwise i have to make some trial to make it right.

I did some more measurements and I am not sure about the VOLUME and GAIN pots going to 9V instead of ground anymore.
I was fixing some wiring issues in two gooped original Okkos. One hat them connected to +9V and the other to ground.
Both looked pretty much the same, but they may have been different versions - no markings.

But I am definitely sure about the wiring of the Gain Plus pot - see schematic. That was apparent in three Okkos i have opened so far.
Where did the schematic for the active booster with extra J201 and the three trim pots fort the boost come from? I have never seen a real Okko (or a gut shot of one) with this active boost stage.
All the gain plus does is add to the resistance of the Gain pot and thus increase Gain. The plus switch simply bypasses the Gain plus pot and switches the blue LED (actually a waste of a 3PDT - a DPDT would have been enough).

I also found that the Switch for Hi/Low is a SPDT and has 9VDC connected to the center lug. Any ideas on how this could be wired to switch between 9V direct and the 18V coming from the voltage doubler?

I still haven't found a way to get under the goop without destroying everything - has anyone?
Anyone out there who owns one of the newer, un-gooped Okkos?

J0K3RX, it's my board for schematic with active boost from this topic, it was posted here and there was some doubts about active booster in okko, which confirmed by Chewbacca.
Also i thik that active booster is not bad idea, but it must be before main circuit, not after.

Hi!
I found a bug in my PCB (https://www.freestompboxes.org/viewtopic ... 20#p236534). Pinout transistors on the board is correct, but the transistors body must be turned on 180.

Ready! :D
Sounds good! Especially with Stratocaster (with an LP is not so good).
